Goals and Dreams
My biggest dream is to travel the world and write about it. I don't want to be a tourist; I want to really live in different places, learn about the cultures, and capture all those feelings and stories in a blog or maybe even a book. My first big goal is to move to another country in Europe for a while, maybe the Netherlands or Portugal, to study journalism or social media marketing.
On a more personal level, I want to become the most confident version of myself. I dream of having a small, cozy apartment filled with plants and books, a place that is entirely mine. And of course, I want to stay close to my family and friends, no matter where life takes me. Success for me isn't about being rich and famous; it's about being happy, independent, and doing something that feels meaningful.
What I Don't Like
Judgmental People: I really can't stand people who are quick to judge others without trying to understand their story. Live and let live, you know?
Routine without Purpose: The idea of being stuck in the same boring routine every single day for the rest of my life is my personal nightmare. I need some spontaneity!
Negative Vibes: Constant complaining and pessimism drain my energy so quickly. I try to be a positive person, and I like to surround myself with people who lift others up.
Being Late: It gives me so much anxiety! I'm always 10 minutes early to everything.
When My Phone Battery Dies: It sounds silly, but it genuinely stresses me out. My music, my photos, my maps—my whole life is on there
Biography
Hey! I'm Leen, an 18-year-old from the beautiful and sometimes chaotic city of Kraków, Poland. I just finished high school last spring, which feels both like a huge achievement and a terrifying step into the unknown. Right now, I'm in that weird "gap year" phase, trying to figure out my next move. I'm working part-time at a cozy little café in the Old Town, which is perfect because I get to people-watch all day and drink way too much coffee.
My life is a mix of Polish traditions—like big, loud family dinners on Sundays—and my own modern interests. I'm passionate, a little dreamy, and I firmly believe that a good playlist can solve most of my problems.
What I Like The Most
Music & Concerts: My airpods are practically glued to my ears. I'm obsessed with indie pop and Polish alternative rock. The feeling of being in a crowd at a concert, singing your heart out with everyone, is pure magic.
Exploring Hidden Gems: I love wandering through the streets of Kraków with my friends, finding cute thrift stores, quiet parks, or a new café with the best cinnamon rolls. There's always something new to discover.
Photography: My phone's gallery is a mess of 10,000+ photos. I love capturing little moments—the way the light hits the buildings, my friends laughing, or a cool piece of street art.
Deep Talks: I love those late-night conversations with friends about life, our fears, our biggest dreams, and everything in between. It’s in those moments I feel the most connected to people.
Polish Food (of course!): Nothing beats my Babcia's pierogi. Seriously, nothing.
